Chapter 61: Confrontation of Rivals

There was a reason why Julie Williams didn't like the Walkers.

For example, one day, Ruby Carter came back from school and greeted her parents before sitting down on a couch in the living room. She glanced at Julie who was standing next to Helen Blair, gestured at her lazily, and said, "Hey, you, go make me a cup of tea!"

Julie had never considered herself a servant of the Blair family, so she didn't move.

Ruby was about to lose her temper when Helen, watching TV, coolly said, "Julie is my personal assistant, not yours to order around!"

Ruby laughed, "What personal assistant, isn't she just a servant? We're paying her salary, why can't I give her orders?"

Helen didn't even glance back at her, "Because I said so, and you have no right to object." She then told Julie, "In this house, you don't have to listen to anyone but me!"
