She looked at him with a sidelong glance and a slight smile, her eyes shining like black gems, making her incredibly beautiful.
Oliver Hoffman was momentarily mesmerized.
Helen Blair felt embarrassed under his gaze, lowered her head, and softly said, "How much longer do you plan to make me stand outside?"
Oliver, like waking from a dream, also felt embarrassed. He stepped back and gave way, bending slightly in a gentlemanly manner, "Please come in, my queen."
Helen grinned and walked in, looking around.
Oliver's home was spacious, covering more than 200 square meters, with European-style decoration that was clean and bright. Two walls were entirely made of floor-to-ceiling glass windows, offering an overlooking view of the Bayspring nightscape.
Helen walked to the window and said with a smile, "Your home is really beautiful! The view here is amazing!"
Oliver came up behind her and put one arm around her waist, pulling her into his embrace.
