Chapter 341: Taking Advantage of Illness to Kill

When Helen Blair woke up again, she found herself lying in a luxurious large room.

The soft bed and pure white curtains overlooking the infinite sea outside the floor-to-ceiling glass windows.

The soothing sounds of the waves reached her ears.

Helen struggled up from the bed, feeling dizzy and nauseated. She pressed her hand to her chest, trying to suppress the nauseous feeling.

"I have had a heart problem since I was born..." Brian's cold voice suddenly interrupted her thoughts, Helen jumped and turned to see him sitting on the broad sofa behind her.

Brian sat, still in his white suit, his legs crossed, expressionless.

Helen suddenly realized why he loved wearing white because only against this pure white contrast, his pale complexion was less noticeable.

He continued, "Nevertheless, whether it was my mother or brother, neither ever despised me nor thought of giving up on me...During my mother's lifetime, although I never saw my father and was always sick, I was still happy."
