Aurora was genuinely taken aback; it was the first time Marcello had spoken so much to her. 

Usually, he was the silent, brooding figure in the background, someone she barely exchanged more than a few words with. 

Marcello passed her the helmet, waiting for her to fumble or face difficulty while locking it. 

However, to his surprise, she gracefully locked it in one go, surprising him with her competence.

He was both amused and stunned as he watched her confidently approaching him. Placing her hands on his shoulders, she settled onto the seat as though she had been riding bikes all her life.

"Hold me tight, Ms. Bradbury!" he shouted after securing his helmet. Aurora's eyes narrowed in response, her determination clear in her voice.
