-A Peaceful Walk-

In the hush of the night, Louis and Verena ventured out onto the deserted road, avoiding the garden this time.

Two guards trailed behind them, their presence offering a sense of security. The world's problems felt distant as they immersed themselves in the tranquilly of the moment.

"I'm sorry about tonight," Louis began, his hands tucked casually in his pockets. He cast a gentle glance at Verena, admiring the way her hair danced in the wind. The sight of her beside him brought him an overwhelming sense of contentment.

"I don't mind it. I knew she'd been shameless for many years, but now she's confirmed it not only to me but to your family too," Verena replied with calmness.

Louis wasn't pleased with the response, and he searched for clues, wondering if she was merely putting on a brave front while hiding her true feelings.
