After a day.

Naval Headquarters, Marineford.

Inside the office, a meeting is underway, attended by generals of all ranks.

"Damn, Ethan! Ever since he appeared, the world has plunged into chaos, with pirates springing up everywhere, all influenced by him," Sengoku exclaimed, slamming his hand on the desk. "Marines worldwide are struggling to cope and have been calling for reinforcements."

"We're already stretched thin at headquarters; how can we support the Four Seas? It is impossible. Let us focus on stabilizing the situation now," he urged.

Kizaru lounged in his chair, legs crossed, musing, "It's incredible. The youth these days are becoming increasingly formidable."

Akainu's gaze sharpened as he declared, "There's no discussion needed. For the sake of absolute justice, all pirates must be wiped out."

Doberman nodded in agreement, "Akainu is right. Pirates must face severe punishment; there's no alternative."

"Yes, exactly," the Marines of the Absolute faction affirmed, showing no signs of wavering.

Tokikake chimed in, "It's been days, and we haven't heard from Onigumo. Everyone should understand what this means."

Momousagi added, "Being able to elude Onigumo, a Vice Admiral, indicates Ethan's strength is indeed formidable."

Aokiji, looking half-asleep, remarked, "If all goes as expected, Ethan should be reaching Alabasta soon. I feel the situation is spiraling out of control."

Momonga sighed, "Initially, I thought Onigumo could catch up with the Black Sun Pirates, but given the current situation, it seems impossible."

"If Ethan reaches Alabasta, then Crocodile may be in danger," Yamakaji pointed out.

"At that time, there'll be a vacancy in the Shichibukai. Once the news spreads, the situation will undoubtedly escalate," he added.

At this moment, Brannew rushed in, holding a Den Den Mushi.

"Marshal Sengoku, Onigumo has an update," he announced.

Everyone's attention shifted to the Den Den Mushi.

Garp chuckled, "Sounds like good news!"

Ignoring Garp, Sengoku interjected, "Onigumo, I'm in a meeting. If you have something to report, be concise."

"Yes, Marshal Sengoku," Onigumo responded. "I've just landed on Whiskey Peak and learned something astonishing. As soon as the Black Sun Pirates arrived, all the town's residents fainted."

"I'm certain Ethan possesses Conqueror's Haki and wields it effortlessly."

A hushed silence filled the room.

Kizaru, ever the joker, quipped, "Such a young pirate wielding Conqueror's Haki so adeptly. Quite terrifying!"

Akainu's expression darkened, "Such a threat must be eliminated at all costs!"

Doberman was confused, "Onigumo is on a warship, the fastest we have. Yet, he could not catch up with the Black Sun Pirates. How is this possible?"

Tokikake nodded, "Onigumo is known for his efficiency. If he couldn't catch up, the Black Sun Pirates' ships must be exceptionally fast."

Aokiji, adjusting his blindfold, yawned, "This Ethan is a real anomaly."

Momonga sighed, "I thought we had good news, but it seems we've only made things worse."

"To wield Conqueror's Haki so proficiently, a master must've trained him," he concluded. "There's no other explanation for a young pirate like Ethan to have mastered it so well."

Yamakaji exhaled a puff of smoke, wearing a slight smile. "Is there such a formidable expert in the Four Seas?"

"The retired big pirates are all in the Grand Line; none remain in a minor place like the Four Seas."

"Take Silver Rayleigh, for example. He resides in the Sabaody Archipelago as a coating master. Others like him are all in the Grand Line."

"So, Ethan's Conqueror's Haki must be self-taught; no one trained him."

Garp burst into hearty laughter, declaring, "What an amusing kid! If he enters the New World, he will become another overlord, Bwahaha!"

Sengoku glanced at Tsuru, his expression grave. "You're right, Tsuru. Ethan indeed possesses Conqueror's Haki."

"If he reaches Alabasta, the situation could worsen."

Staff Officer Tsuru interlocked his fingers, supporting his chin, his eyes glinting with wisdom. "Onigumo pursued them relentlessly, yet Ethan's pirates still outpaced them. Their ships must be swifter than warships."

"There's something unusual about their ship; we need to investigate it thoroughly."

"As for Crocodile, I suggest we contact him to prevent any confrontation with Ethan."

"However, engaging with him might be futile; he's arrogant and unyielding."

He surveyed the generals and continued, "Given the circumstances, Crocodile is bound to lose; it's inevitable."

"We might have to reach out to Ethan, advising him against rash actions. Yet, he won't heed our warnings."

"Here's my proposal: Reach out to Ethan. Once he defeats Crocodile, ask him to stay in Alabasta until Onigumo arrives."

"We'll use the pretext of assessing his strength to determine if he's fit to be the new Shichibukai."

"If Ethan desires the Shichibukai title, he won't leave Alabasta. That way, Onigumo can apprehend him."

Tsuru turned to Sengoku, stating, "Initiating contact with pirates may compromise Marine's authority, but given the urgency, we can't afford to be selective."

Akainu immediately protested, "Absolutely not! I vehemently oppose this!"

"As Marines of righteousness, bowing to pirates is unacceptable."

"Justice forbids such actions, and I stand firmly against it!"

Doberman nodded in agreement, "Admiral Akainu is right. I disagree with the proposal."

"Crocodile, as a Shichibukai, is a legal pirate, so contacting him is tolerable."

"But reaching out to Ethan, a ruthless pirate, would diminish our dignity. Where would that leave Marine's honor?"

The generals of the Hawk faction quickly voiced their objections in unison.

"Justice must remain uncompromised, absolutely not..."

"I believe this isn't about pride; it's about principles."

Tokikake lounged back in his chair, saying nonchalantly, "The process isn't crucial; it's the outcome we're after."

"If we can defeat Ethan and stabilize the seas, then it's justified."

Momousagi clasped her hands together, nodding in agreement. "Given the circumstances, this seems to be the only viable option."

Kizaru continued filing his nails, commenting with a smirk, "If Ethan resists, it won't end well."

"Youngsters these days are headstrong, full of vigor. Plus, he carries himself like royalty. He will mock the Marines when he gets the chance. It's quite unsettling."

Momonga spoke with gravitas, "For the sake of sea stability, there's no room for compromise."

"In the end, victory will be ours. Don't concern yourselves with the intermediary steps."

The generals of the Dove faction nodded in agreement, chanting, "Staff Tsuru is spot-on; I'm all in favor!"

Sengoku paused for a moment before addressing the phone bug earnestly, "Onigumo, continue your pursuit and reach Alabasta as swiftly as possible."

"As for Ethan, rest assured, he'll be expecting your arrival in Alabasta."

Onigumo confirmed, "Understood, Marshal Sengoku!"

The call concluded.

Sengoku turned to Brannew, instructing, "Brannew, gather the Black Sun Pirates' contact details. Accelerate the process."

"Of course, Marshal."

Without hesitation, Brannew swiftly headed to the door to conduct his orders.

Akainu expressed his discontent, "Damn Ethan, where did he even come from?"

"He's thrown the world into chaos; he's a blight on the seas!"

Kizaru reclined further, legs crossed, pondering aloud, "I'm genuinely curious about this young man's background."

"Mastering Conqueror's Haki at his age isn't ordinary by any measure."

Yamakaji, exhaling a plume of smoke, remarked with a faint smile, "We can only unravel this mystery once he's captured."

"One thing's certain, his origins are bound to be exceptional."

Momonga maintained his impassive demeanor, commenting, "I hope when the time comes, Ethan won't be too haughty and show some reverence."

Momousagi stayed silent but sighed inwardly.

"Ethan, you've come so far, soon to be a Shichibukai, and realize your Phase 1 objectives."

"With your defiant nature, I bet you'll dismiss any call from headquarters without a second thought."

"It truly piques my curiosity; I wonder what you'll say."

Two days later.

On the Leviathan Fang's deck.

In a secluded corner stood a man, a woman, and a peculiar creature.

It was Princess Vivi, Igaram, and Karoo.

"Igaram, are you settling in well here?" Princess Vivi asked, her fingers gently brushing through her aqua-blue hair, her face radiating warmth and kindness.

Igaram smiled, his words momentarily stumbling before breaking into a song, "Mamamama~~"

"Don't worry, Princess. I am getting used to it here," he assured her, Karoo also nodded vigorously and let out a chirp, "Quack."

Vivi's eyes sparkled with joy. "That's wonderful to hear. I have been enjoying my time here too. My sisters are all so knowledgeable. Besides Ethan, they've also taught me about Haki."

"To be honest, Igaram, Ethan is truly exceptional. I've never encountered anyone quite like him."

Igaram nodded in agreement, "It's surreal to see someone command such respect without even lifting a finger."

"I wouldn't have known about Conqueror's Haki if you hadn't explained it, Princess. Based on what I've seen, Ethan is destined to become a legend in the Grand Line."

Karoo, understanding the conversation, croaked in agreement.

Princess Vivi stood elegantly, her demeanor as graceful as ever. "Yes, I've heard from my sisters that Ethan's strength rivals that of an Admiral. He truly is the most formidable young man."

She sighed softly, her eyes reflecting a mix of admiration and concern. "He practices relentlessly, from dawn till dusk. I've never seen him take a break."

Igaram looked concerned, "Such dedication can take a toll on his health. He needs rest. Princess, you could talk to the others and ask them to encourage Ethan to take it easy?"

Karoo nodded in agreement, croaking in affirmation.

Vivi smiled reassuringly, "You needn't worry. Ethan possesses the Repulsion-Repulsion Fruit. It grants him the ability to repel fatigue."

"That's why he seems tireless, full of vigor and strength. It's this ability that has propelled his rapid growth, allowing him to achieve Admiral-level strength at such a young age."

Shock spread across Igaram and Karoo's faces, their expressions a mix of awe and disbelief.

"So incredible..." Igaram muttered, shaking his head in wonder. "Once he reaches Alabasta, Crocodile doesn't stand a chance."

"He's already this formidable at his age; I can only imagine the heights he'll reach in the future."

Igaram gazed at Princess Vivi with admiration and said, "Princess, you truly are extraordinary to have met someone as powerful as Ethan."

"With such an honorable ally, our kingdom's challenges will undoubtedly be overcome. Our future will surely flourish, bringing happiness to our citizens."

He let out a quick croak in agreement.

Princess Vivi waved her hand gracefully and replied with a smile, "The credit doesn't belong to me; it belongs to Ethan."

"Just a heads up, let's keep Ethan's strength between us. It's best to keep it a secret."

"My sisters haven't explicitly told me to keep quiet, but I think it's wise not to share about Ethan."

Igaram and Karoo nodded in unison, showing their understanding.

Suddenly, a thunderous noise echoed from the sea to their left.

The air seemed to explode, creating fissures in the void, with ripples emanating outward, encompassing the entire area.

The sea level receded momentarily before towering walls of water surged up, their crests reaching heights of over ten meters.

The spectacle was both awe-inspiring and terrifying...
