Complete Victory

Complete Victory...

Qin Wentian knew he had to dispatch his opponents swiftly. Utilizing the Garuda Movement Technique to its utmost potential, he became a streak of light, simultaneously executing the Forgotten Imprint. His palm imprints dominated the stage. The little princess, recognizing the imminent danger, raised her arms to defend herself, responding with her own palm-based innate technique. Her palm strikes packed a destructive punch, but they fell short against Qin Wentian's overwhelming onslaught.

BOOM! A surge of lingering Qi ruffled the little princess's hair, but her eyes still glimmered with pride and arrogance. She surpassed even Leng Ya in strength but was still forced to retreat several steps.

Yet, her opponent was none other than Qin Wentian.

With the sound of a sharp exhale, Qin Wentian unleashed a beam of sword light at close range. The little princess's beautiful face contorted in shock as she ducked, narrowly avoiding the sword beam. Qin Wentian followed with another palm strike, driving her back as he closed in rapidly. By the time the little princess looked up, Qin Wentian's hands were already around her throat.

This fellow was utterly ruthless.

"Get down." Qin Wentian unceremoniously tossed the little princess off the stage. There was no room for leniency; they couldn't afford to lose just because their opponent was female.

"You jerk!" The little princess couldn't help but cry out in anger, clenching her fists in shame. She glared up at Qin Wentian, teeth gritted.

However, Qin Wentian had no time to pay her any mind. Sikong Mingyue was closing in with tremendous force. He reached Fan Le in no time, and the ancient slaughter word imprints exploded forward.

"Fatty, surrender now!" Qin Wentian shouted, but Fan Le seemed unperturbed. A wide grin spread across his face as he leaped off the stage without a moment's hesitation. It was clear he had already planned this move well in advance. Fan Le had effectively bought enough time for Qin Wentian to eliminate the little princess and Leng Ya, accomplishing his mission.

"Damn it!" Sikong Mingyue roared with fury, his killing intent surging. Ignoring Fan Le's retreat, he channeled his Qi forward, sending the word imprints hurtling toward Fan Le. Fan Le's expression twisted in agony. He never expected Sikong Mingyue to attack him even after he had left the stage.

"Get lost!" Fan Le unleashed a volley of astral arrows, using their force to aid his escape. Despite his efforts, the shockwaves from the slaughter Qi still slammed into him, causing him to crash to the ground as his internal organs trembled from the impact.

Sikong Mingyue, no longer concerned about Fan Le, sensed an overwhelming surge of killing intent closing in from behind. He turned around, his heart pounding with dread as the pressure of Qin Wentian's aura bore down on him. Deprived of the amplification effects provided by Chu Chen and the little princess, he knew he couldn't stand a chance against Qin Wentian.

It was all that blasted fatty's fault. If not for Fan Le holding him back, Qin Wentian wouldn't have had the opportunity to eliminate two of their team members.

With a bold step forward, Qin Wentian sent Sikong Mingyue's knees trembling uncontrollably. The current Qin Wentian felt more... demonic than ever before. Compared to the past, this aura of unwavering dominance was even more potent.

How imposing had he been originally? Now, Sikong Mingyue felt thoroughly suppressed, devoid of his former arrogance.

Rumble! A devastating palm strike surged forward as Qin Wentian unleashed his Falling Mountain Palms to their fullest extent.

Sikong Mingyue roared in anger, summoning his ancient slaughter word imprints, their power capable of overturning oceans and toppling mountains. However, each of his word imprints shattered effortlessly under the relentless force of Qin Wentian's palm strike. Qin Wentian's palm was mere moments from striking Sikong Mingyue.

With remarkable speed, Sikong Mingyue amalgamated his slaughter word imprints into a circular pattern around his palms, choosing to confront Qin Wentian's palm strike head-on. Qin Wentian's palm wavered in the air, creating a multitude of superimposed palm imprints that bore down on Sikong Mingyue.

Kacha! Sikong Mingyue felt as though his arms were on the verge of shattering. His limbs were locked in place by Qin Wentian's vice-like grip. Up close, he saw Qin Wentian's somewhat demonic features.

"You truly seek death," Qin Wentian's chilling voice resonated like the harbinger of death. With a savage squeeze, one of Sikong Mingyue's arms crumbled into pieces. Simultaneously, Qin Wentian unleashed another palm strike, targeting Sikong Mingyue's chest.

However, Sikong Mingyue wasn't sent flying through the air, for his right arm remained trapped in Qin Wentian's iron grip.

Spewing out torrents of fresh blood, Sikong Mingyue gasped for mercy, "I concede." His face was drained of color, gripped by genuine terror in that moment.

Sikong Mingyue's voice reverberated through the arena, leaving everyone from the Royal Academy in disbelief. In this ten-man group battle, Qin Wentian singlehandedly turned the tide, overwhelming his opponents with sheer strength. Sikong Mingyue, one of the Duo Prides, known for his superiority and arrogance, was now conceding defeat to save his own life.

Qin Wentian, however, wasn't finished. With a flourish of his palms, he unleashed three more palm imprints onto Sikong Mingyue's body. Sikong Mingyue's face turned ashen, and it was unclear how many of his arterial pathways and meridians had been damaged. He was sent tumbling off the stage, a pitiable sight.

Sikong Mingyue's downfall marked the inevitable outcome of the battle. At this moment, Qin Wentian was even more formidable than when he won the championship at the Jun Lin Banquet. Sikong Mingyue couldn't withstand a single blow from him, let alone Hou Tie and Chu Chen. On the Emperor Star Academy's side, only Fan Le remained on the stage.

Hou Tie and Chu Chen opted not to continue the battle. Instead, they distanced themselves from Luo Huan and turned their gazes back to Qin Wentian with a sense of helplessness. They had predicted that the Emperor Star Academy would employ a team formation strategy, but they had underestimated Fan Le's control abilities and Qin Wentian's true strength. Their seemingly flawless plan had been easily dismantled.

"Get lost," Qin Wentian declared as he advanced, his gaze fixed on Chu Chen. His savage appearance and sinister countenance left Chu Chen with no intention of resisting.

Chu Chen's features froze as he descended from the stage, emitting a cold snort of frustration.

Qin Wentian then shifted his attention to Hou Tie, who wore a bitter smile and shook his head. Refusing to battle would be admitting defeat, but persisting would only lead to humiliation.

The Royal Academy's students watched in silence as the four figures from the Emperor Star Academy stood on the stage. Fan Le, with a hint of provocation in his eyes, also returned to his position.

Qin Wentian's gaze was sharp, and without uttering a word, he looked at Old Gu for guidance.

Old Gu wore a smile as he steered the griffon towards the stage. In no time, Qin Wentian and his companions were mounted on the formidable beast, ascending into the skies and disappearing over the horizon.

They left without any taunts or arrogance, and this left the Royal Academy's students dumbfounded. If Qin Wentian had provoked or belittled them, they could have vented their anger, but now, they were forced to swallow their frustration and dissatisfaction.

High in the air, as they rode the griffon, Mountain couldn't help but burst into laughter. "Did you see the look on Chu Tianjiao's face? Priceless."

"Your defense was remarkable," Luo Chen chimed in. Both of Mountain's Astral Souls were defensive in nature, and without his protection, Luo Chen would have struggled against Hou Tie's relentless assaults.

"Your saber skills are monstrous too," Mountain replied. "But Junior Brother Qin is undoubtedly the most formidable of us all."

At that moment, Qin Wentian had withdrawn his imposing aura. He appeared calm and wore a sunny expression. It was hard to believe that this same person had unleashed such a terrifying presence earlier.

"Senior Brother Mountain, no need to praise me further," Qin Wentian shrugged, a modest smile on his face.

"Why not? Do you remember the time when Luo Huan and I rushed to save you in Sky Harmony City?" Mountain reminisced. "Back then, you were being pursued by the Ye Clan's men, and I could see the determination in your eyes. I knew then that you would achieve greatness in the future. But I never expected that you'd surpass both me and Luo Huan in such a short time."

Mountain wore a straightforward expression as he affectionately patted Qin Wentian's shoulder. He truly admired his junior brother.

Qin Wentian's eyes shimmered with reminiscence. Time had flown by so swiftly. In the short span of a year, he felt that his character had undergone numerous transformations.

"Junior brother, when you achieve great things in the future, don't forget to come back to the academy and pay me a visit, okay? Don't act like you don't know me then," Mountain jested with a laugh.

"Is senior brother planning to stay within the academy?" Qin Wentian picked up on the meaning behind Mountain's words. Regardless, he wasn't the kind of person to forget past acts of kindness, even if he did become famous.

"Yes, I know my own limitations. My peak is likely the Yuanfu realm. Once I reach that level, I'll stay at the academy as a guest elder to guide the younger generation. I hope I'll have the opportunity to meet someone as talented as you," Mountain explained.

Qin Wentian didn't want to sway Mountain's decision. He looked at his honest and straightforward senior and chuckled in response, "If I do achieve greatness in the future, I'll definitely return to visit you, senior."

"Alright, remember your promise. I have thick skin, so I won't forget what you said," Mountain replied.

"Why are you acting like this? It's as if Junior Brother Qin is already leaving us," scolded Luo Huan, shooting a glare at Mountain. This unexpected display of thoughtfulness from the usually clumsy-looking Mountain surprised her.

"Isn't it because you, Junior Brother Qin, Yu Fei, and the rest are about to step into the Yuanfu realm? Sooner or later, you guys will leave the academy," Mountain explained with a grin, rubbing his head.

Luo Huan's eyes glimmered with a hint of mystery. She hadn't expected Mountain to contemplate such matters.

"Don't worry, even if I leave the academy, I'll come back to visit you whenever I get the chance," Luo Huan assured them, her laughter carrying warmth.

As the griffon descended, they noticed a gathering of numerous figures below. Countless youths with expressions of envy in their gazes raised their heads to watch the descending griffon.

This place was the enrollment grounds for the Nine Great Martial Academies. Looking at the admiring gazes from the crowd below, Qin Wentian couldn't help but sigh. Weren't their hearts in the same place as his when he had just entered the Royal Capital a short time ago?

"Are those some of the academy's elders and students from the Emperor Star Academy? Their demeanor and presence are truly remarkable," whispered someone in the crowd below.

"Hehe, don't you all recognize them? The young man in the middle is none other than the Jun Lin Banquet champion, Qin Wentian."

"What? That's Qin Wentian? The brightest star in Chu last year?"

"Grandpa." At that moment, a white crane gave out a melodious cry as it gracefully glided to the griffon's side. The crowd couldn't help but look up, and when they saw who was perched on the crane, their gazes froze in awe and admiration.

"How utterly exquisite."

"That's Chu's number one beauty, Mo Qingcheng."

"Young lady, you're here," Old Gu greeted her with a smile.

"Weren't you the one who asked me to come, saying that our academy would undoubtedly triumph over the Royal Academy?" Mo Qingcheng teased.

"We did win, and in splendid fashion," Old Gu said triumphantly. Mo Qingcheng's beautiful eyes sparkled as she glanced at the group standing next to Old Gu, eventually settling her gaze on Qin Wentian.

"Hey."

"I do have a name, you know," Qin Wentian shrugged.

"Dimwit, right?" Mo Qingcheng laughed, her voice oozing charm.

"Alright, that's enough banter. I'm going to take off now. You guys will be in charge of enrolling students for our academy this year."

Once the griffon and white crane landed, Old Gu ordered them to take off again. After landing, Luo Huan shot Qin Wentian a meaningful look, prompting Mountain and Luo Chen to move aside. Qin Wentian was left speechless.

When the Jun Lin Banquet champion stood alongside Chu's number one beauty, it created a stunning tableau that instantly drew the attention of others. Many couldn't help but approach the area where the Emperor Star Academy stood.

Not long after, news of the Royal Academy's defeat spread like wildfire. This caused many aspiring students who had considered enrolling in the Royal Academy to hesitate and reconsider their choices.
