Chapter 161: Say You Are My Boyfriend

Joshua Sulliven gave a faint response, and Keira Leaf couldn't make out what he meant by that. She asked again, "I don't know if Young Master Sulliven could hire a lawyer to prove her innocence."

"I see."

The brief reply left Keira Leaf unsure. Did he mean yes or no?

She looked at the man who was focused on driving, bit her lips, afraid that she might annoy him and bring about the opposite result. Thus she did not ask again.

Joshua Sulliven drove all the way to a place near Keira's home, stopping at the spot where he usually picked her up or dropped her off.

Keira Leaf tried to get out of the car, but after trying the handle twice, the door remained stuck. She looked at the man beside her and asked, "Young Master Sulliven, can you open the door for me?"

"I'll take you up."
