She paused for a few seconds, then pressed the play button again: "Brother William, you arrived so early..."

"Quick, see what you want to drink..."

Every single word from their previous conversation was recorded in the voice recorder. After hearing a few lines, Keira Leaf paused it and threw the recorder into her handbag.

A faint smile appeared at the corner of her mouth; she was genuinely looking forward to the engagement ceremony.

Soon, the car stopped at the entrance of the Sixth People's Hospital. Keira Leaf collected herself and entered the hospital.

As she walked through the hospital corridor, two male doctors hurriedly followed her when they saw her: "Miss Leaf, you're here to visit Old Sir Sydney again."

"Yeah, Doctor Bell, you're on duty today," Keira Leaf replied with a nod and a smile.

"I am on call today. I just visited your grandfather; his vital signs are stable with no changes. But I believe that with you here, your grandfather will surely wake up."
