Chapter 799: At least you know your place

Keira Leaf rubbed her stomach, clearly still hungry, and she looked a little weak and listless.

Joshua Sulliven glanced at her and said, "I'll have someone reheat the food on the table for you."

Keira merely pouted at the TV, not saying a word, but her refusal was obvious.

Joshua raised an eyebrow and got up to walk towards the dining table. Keira looked over and noticed two grains of rice sticking to the sleeve of his shirt. She muttered under her breath, resentful that this brute not only stole her food but also pinned the blame on Elisa, without any sense of shame!

"Hey, you've got two grains of rice on your sleeve," she said.

Joshua's steps faltered, his body slightly stiffening. He casually lifted his sleeve to look and found that there really were two grains of rice sticking to it. Lines of annoyance creased his forehead...

Soon, Joshua brought back the reheated food and sat down to eat by himself.
