The Little Girl's Knife

"Hey Feng! My wife told me to bring these over for your wife," Ming said, getting the attention of the young blacksmith who was busy hammering away.

Feng immediately halted what he was doing. Setting aside his tools, he came to the workshop's doorway to greet the merchant.

"How are you today, Ming? I hope business is doing well." The young man was wiping his hands on the old apron he was wearing, while trying to get a glimpse of what Ming brought for Tuzi. "What do you have here?"

The merchant handed Feng a small bag of bright orange carrots. There were quite a few of them in the bag.

"Fong says that Zhuyi loves to eat carrots. She snacks on them whenever she comes by to visit us. Since Fong was harvesting some from the garden today, she asked me to bring some by for your wife."
