An Unexpected Departure

Rubbing a finger against the temple of her forehead, Moon expelled a big yawn while stretching out her limbs. The long God Realm day spent in front of the Mortal Mirror had been taxing from the excitement of Tuzi and Taiga uniting again. Her blue eyes have nearly glossed over from weariness.

"I think we should call it a day," the Sky God commented, not missing the fatigue that dawned upon her face. "They don't look like they're killing each other anymore, which is good. But you are depleted."

His emerald green eyes glanced around the room to the other deities that were present: Axel, Aero, Cedric, and Eureka. Each deity was beginning to wear signs of exhaustion from the extended marathon of keeping tabs on their two favorite Mortal Realm friends.

It had indeed been a very long day.
