Past Transgressions

A tremor of surprise pierced through the Lycan Alpha at his mate's words. He hadn't considered the possibility of such a terrible truth. As his mind wrestled with the horrible revelation, his playful demeanor had all but evaporated.

"Who…?!" he bit out, unaware of how sharp his tone had become. "Who would do such a thing! Tell me! I will hunt him till the end of the world for hurting you!"

The morose look that had dawned her face was laced with sorrow. She gazed silently upon the outraged countenance of Alpha Taiga, and briefly wondered about the irony of the situation.

Though Tuzi had never been able to confirm it, she always suspected that Sir Atlas came to the Mortal Realm because of her. For they were close friends in the God Realm, and perhaps the noble man was concerned for her well being, and wanted to protect her.
