A Party Crasher

Fortunately for Sky, Axel's thoughts were soon drawn away by the ringing of the estate's doorbell. Its chime echoed loudly through the household and captured the attention of every deity in the study– Effectively silencing the chitter-chatter.

With a raised eyebrow, the Goddess looked speculatively to the Sky God, "Were you expecting someone…?"

The silver-haired deity's face betrayed his confusion. Clearly, he hadn't anticipated more visitors. "Not that I know of," he murmured with frown.

Rising from his seat, the Sky God left the study and began his way to the front door. Even before reaching the entrance from a distance away, he felt who it was. The energy which radiated from their mysterious guest was palpable.

He groaned his displeasure at the knowledge of who was standing behind that door. "Ugh… I told him no…"
