Chapter 1051: He Said No

The phone rang just as she hurriedly raised her hand to wipe away her tears, then quickly picked up the call and said hello.

"No crying," James Black commanded as soon as he opened his mouth.

Jane Sampson sniffed and replied to him, "I'm not crying!"

Her tone was even fiercer than his.

"Yeah, you're not crying," James Black ultimately didn't have the heart to call out the little swindler on the other end of the phone.

For some reason, after he read all that Jane Sampson had said about Mona Calm and she separately told him she didn't want to forgive Mona, James felt that Jane was afraid of something.

He had said several sentences to her, but she didn't respond, so he had become somewhat anxious and made a call.

A hello with a hoarse voice completely betrayed her crying voice.

"Those who bully you, I'll bully them back for you," James truly wanted to hold Jane Sampson right now, to stroke her head and gently pat her back to comfort her, "So, don't cry, okay?"
