Volume 9: Phantom of the Ancient Castle, Chapter 4: Hidden Treasure

As three dark shadows slowly infiltrated into the body of the struggling Mysterious Magician, the group finally managed to catch their breath.

The two Dark Knights almost collapsed onto the ground; their combined strike had nearly drained all their strength. The Puppet Mage's somewhat pale face showed signs of exhaustion, and the triple Dark Binding had also taken a toll on Rebry. However, Komer's "Heavenly Thunder Punishment," though also a fine example of thunder-based magic, had consumed much less energy compared to the others.

At this moment, the only one seemingly unaffected was the Thin and Dry Magician Newman, who had been staring at everyone with an inexplicable look, unaware of what had caused the battle to erupt. He had been fully engaged in opening the secret door when the fight broke out and didn't even know who had attacked whom first.
