Volume Nine: The Phantom of the Old Castle Chapter Five: Reconstruction_2

The disposition of the Light Mage was ultimately granted to Komer, after all, it was Komer who was the true master of this land, and his promise to the magicians that he would completely erase all of the Light Mage's memories and train her as a true believer of Hades, the Lord of the Underworld, had made the magicians quite anticipatory. It sounded like an enormously challenging task, one that neither Rebry nor Mihailovich had the confidence in themselves to achieve, but this young lord seemed full of assurance.

The adventurous return with full rewards caught everyone by surprise, especially Puber and Ilot, who had never expected such considerable gains from this exploration. Though the treasures temporarily borrowed by the magicians and Dark Knights caused Puber great pain, the thought of these magicians staying in the Caucasus for a long time, and possibly even attracting more of their peers to reside, seemed like an acceptable trade.
