Chapter 13 : Glimpses of our worlds

Haven’s POV

In all of my life, I have never been to such a beautiful restaurant. The tables and chairs don’t wobble even a millimeter. The velvet on the seats is soft and probably pressure washed every night, seeing that there is not a single speck of dust or hint of a stain on them. Every dish is in perfect order, not a spoon out of angle, and the dinner napkins are folded into these pristine swans.

There are fresh bouquets of flowers everywhere that are filled with stargazer lilies, roses that match the same shade of pink as the interior of the lilies, stemmed lavender flowers that I have no idea what they are called, and greenery that fills in the gaps.
