Chapter 41 : 100-Type Guanyin Bodhisattva

In the world of Jujutsu Kaisen,

Gojo Satoru removed his black scarf, revealing a pair of pale blue eyes cloaked in white mist.

"It's odd. An explosion of this scale... But why does it carry such a powerful ominous aura? It's putting me on edge!"

Satoru felt a bit perplexed, yet his six eyes couldn't provide additional information. He could only sense the tremendous danger emanating from this rose-like explosion.

In the Pirate World,

"What in the world is this?" Kaido, renowned as the Strongest Creature, felt a shiver crawl down his spine. Every cell in his body was sounding an alarm, warning him of impending doom.

In the Shinigami World,

Aizen wore a puzzled expression. The ominous aura on the screen was overwhelmingly strong, but he felt no personal threat, which left him utterly baffled.

In the Hunters World,

The Ant King tilted his head as he read the title.

"The Hunter World... I recall there's a Hunter Association on the human side. Could this be my world?"

The Ant King, about to summon the human girl for a game of chess, paused. After some contemplation, he decided to watch the video first.

Simultaneously, an elderly man standing before a window touched his chest. Netero, the Head of the Hunter Association, harbored complex emotions and countless thoughts.

"Is the 'Poor Man's Rose' truly reaching its climax?"

[The screen starts]

In a starry night sky, a golden dragon soared rapidly. As the camera zoomed in, two figures appeared above.

One was a powerful elderly human, while the other was an enigmatic creature, crowned with blood-red pupils, long earlobes, and a tail resembling a giant needle tube.

Its physique was robust, with dark green and turquoise skin, exuding an aura of immense strength.

The creature was introduced as the Ant King, born powerful with the purpose of world domination. In reality, the Ant King was surprised to see himself in the video.

"Is this the future? And who's that human? Is he the one I'll clash with next?"

Outside the palace, Shaiapouf concealed his anger behind a calm facade. Yet, his heart roared. A king in this apocalyptic scene? Even though it must be the human who had perished, he couldn't allow such a future to unfold.

In the Dark Continent, five beings displayed disdainful expressions in unison. Rule the world?

In a desolate surroundings, the golden dragon disintegrated, and the two figures crashed to the earth like meteors. When the dust settled, they stood unharmed. Netero, with furrowed brows, broke the silence.

"This is our weapons testing ground; we can engage without restraint." A strange scene unfolded as the Ant King, who sought world domination, remained motionless and calmly inquired, "Why fight?"

Netero was taken aback by this sudden calmness. Normally, a battle should have erupted by now. What the Ant King said next, however, completely astonished him.

The Ant King began speaking truthfully, outlining a utopia where benevolent humans could live happily, while the wicked became the ants' nourishment. His words were clear and persuasive, striving to convince Netero.

In this moment, Netero realized the Ant King had transformed, resembling more of a revolutionary than an aggressor. To conclude, the Ant King even sat down, expressing a desire for a peaceful conversation.

In reality, the Ant King pondered why he had uttered such words. Although the video had altered his aspirations for domination, the immediate future still seemed in line with his original intentions. So who had changed him?

Meanwhile, Netero sighed by the window. The more human-like the Ant King became, the heavier the burden of guilt for eliminating him.

[On the screen, Netero remained silent.]

Though a formidable figure with authority over thousands of hunters, he was still bound by rules.

How could humans live the rule of ants?

It had been an unattainable idea from the beginning. Although the Ant King blurred the lines between humans and ants, they must not be conflated, and eventually, one side would prevail.

Netero realized that he needed to eliminate the Ant King before he became too human and his resolve wavered.

He approached the Ant King, saying calmly, "My king, this isn't easy for us..."

With that, Netero extended his arms, creating afterimages, and clasped his hands from bottom to top. At this moment, the Ant King's eyes widened in shock as he sensed a tremendous energy emanating from the old man before him.

A golden light emanated from Netero's palm, and as darkness descended, a sun-like circle appeared behind him, rapidly expanding. In the next second, blinding golden light engulfed everything as an enormous golden Guanyin materialized behind him. Guanyin wore a compassionate expression with two tears but possessed dozens of slender, elongated arms, giving it a terrifying appearance.

This was Netero's Nen Ability, 100-Type Guanyin Bodhisattva's enhanced ability. Without hesitation, Netero swung his palm downward.

"First Hand!"

At that moment, the air resounded with a deafening boom as the golden palm left behind afterimages, striking the Ant King with overwhelming force.
