Father’s Gift(II)

They had to astral project into a mysterious place called the Source Expanse using their own means.

Once their astral projection reached that place they'd be put under a set of trials created by the Will of Existence which would allow them to gain something called an Origin source based on how good their trial results were.

They were essentially fighting existence for one of its major energy sources.

If they passed the trial, as said before, they'd gain Origin Sources. Origin sources represent the very source and core of universal concepts or in other words, they'd gain an aspect of the empyreans which was unlimited energy of the highest quality and most powerful attributes.

Unlike the first path, these Origin sources didn't produce Qi, no, they produced essence, a much higher form of energy.
