"Are you ready to order now?" the waiter said coming to their table.

"Do you have any light brunch items on your menu?" Candice asked.

"Yes, we have some lovely pomme souffle, cheddar cheese--"

Candice didn't wait for him to finish speaking. "Okay I'll order that," she said. "And what drink would you recommend I paired with that dish?" she asked.

"The chef recommends you eat this with some champagne," the waiter said.

Candice scrunched up her nose. "Never mind then, I'm not having that," she said, then picked up the menu and looked at the items on the menu. She's still quite full from breakfast this morning. "I'll have the potato waffle with crème fraiche, and caviar," she said. This place doesn't serve any of the drinks she likes until lunchtime. This dish is best paired with a dry rosé.
