After Kai Syaoran and the Thunder Emperor changed their positions with the Thunder Emperor returning to the Heaven Expanse and Kai Syaoran appearing just outside the World Gate. The Thunder Emperor had immediately began heading for the Heavenly Dao sect Even though he was fast, the Heaven Expanse was so vast that even he would take decades to return to the Heaven Dao sect if he were to try and fly there by himself. Since this was the case, he decided to go to Sun Set City.

This was the closest city to his current position an it was a grade six power.

In many parts of the human realm, a kind of ranking for powers had come about after many years.

These powers were ranked from Grade one to Grade Nine with Grade Nine being the most powerful factions in the human realm. These were the factions with ancestors in the Origin step.
