 Kai Syaoran wanted to reach the peak of power but this turned out to be a dream of his. An unrealistic dream.

This cultivation system was straightforward but it required one to get to know themselves wholly.

For Kai Syaoran, this turned out to be ore difficult that he had thought.

After understanding his love, he had to move on to one of the other six emotions so that he could awaken more hearts but he failed all his attempts after the first heart.

It seemed that he did not understand his other emotions and this mean that he could not move forward with his plans.

When the other Vohohm reached this level, they decide to go out and experience life so that they could get a better grasp on their emotions. This is what Kai Syaoran should have done but he was Kai Syaoran. He was not willing to waste his time on cultivation. He had come to this realm for something that had the potential to light up his future.
