The next day had arrived. Melancholy and pressure collided in Angela's laboratory room, where she was seated, overthinking Seulgi's statements from the day before.
She's not sure why she was thinking so hard about it when the answer is already obvious. But... to abandon Heric here? That is something she is unable to do.
She tousled her hair, huffing in irritation. "I don't know, I don't know, I don't know what to choose!" she yelled.
A knock on the door drew her attention a few seconds later. She felt mentally drained to stand, she swiftly stood up and jogged to answer nevertheless.
"Yes?" she said as she opened the door and saw Heric behind it, smiling and waving at her.
"Hey."
His smile caught her off guard, and having him stand in front of her, reminding her he was back, made her a bit emotional. Her exhaustion quickly wore off as she gave a soft smile.
