Chapter 31

"Do you have any better treatment for the poison ?" Qin Feng asked, looking at Tang San standing before him.

Tang San shook his head slightly; if he had a solution, he would have already cured master.

"Then it's all disscused''

''Let me try curing him now, there might be a chance of survival. Or do you want to watch the master die?" Qin Feng questioned Tang San again.

Tang San weakly stepped aside. He really didn't want his teacher to be in danger. If Brother Feng had a treatment method, he would definitely use it. But what kind of treatment could he offer?

Tang San truly had no way to heal the wounds, and if things continued this way, he could only let the teacher pass away peacefully.

"Well, then I believe in you Brother Feng!"

Tang San seemed to make a significant decision, exhaling deeply from the bottom of his heart.

"Don't trust me just yet. I'll try my best. If I can cure it, great. If not, we'll dig a grave for the master. Remember to come and pay our respects every year," Qin Feng said, holding the hammer with a different expression.

"Ah... that's the only option," Tang San responded with a helpless wry smile.

"Wait, Brother Feng, can you listen to me say one last thing?" Seeing Qin Feng ready to start, Tang San hurriedly shouted.

"What is it?" Qin Feng looked at Tang San curiously.

"Brother Feng, I noticed that when you save people, it looks like you're attacking them. Shouldn't saving people be different from attacking them?" Tang San asked, having watched Qin Feng's method of rescuing someone just moments ago. It seemed to Tang San that Qin Feng wasn't saving master but rather hammering master.

"Whoever saves someone can't possibly cause their clothes to shreded like that," Tang San thought.

"Uh... Actually, now that you mention it, I feel the same way," Qin Feng admitted. He had noticed this before. He didn't seem to be using the power of the Nine-Hearted Begonia but rather the power of thunder and lightning. He also realized that the thunderbolt's strength seemed to be weakened after passing through the platinum hammer.

Now that even Tang San could see this, Qin Feng wondered if he was really using the wrong method. He knew Tang San was knowledgeable and wouldn't make baseless comments.

Qin Feng focused his mind and channeled his soul power into the Tiangang hammer. He soon discovered that his soul power was still concentrated on the side of the black gold hammer and hadn't merged into the white gold hammer. The Nine-Hearted Begonia hadn't absorbed any soul power at all.

After this realization, Qin Feng fully understood the problem!

It turned out that I had really been using my soul skills to hit the master, and the blood he spit out wasn't a sign of improvement. It was because I hit his abdomen with the hammer, forcing the blood out!

If the master knew this was how I was treating him, he'd want to tear me to pieces. Fortunately, Tang San stopped me, or else we'd be mourning the master together in the Soul Hunting Forest.

Qin Feng's wrist moved, and he forcibly redirected his soul power to the Blood Begonia. With the infusion of intense soul power, the previously closed gate of the Nine-Hearted Begonia fully opened. At the bottom of the platinum hammer, blood-red flower gradually bloomed. The two of them watched as this bright red rose slowly appeared before their eyes.

This blood-red flower emitted a red light, spreading an immense healing power.

"Is this the Nine-Hearted Begonia?" Tang San asked in amazement.

The blood-red flower only appeared for half a second before disappearing and merging into the TianGang Hammer. The original platinum hammer now had a faint reddish hue.

"Alright, let me try it,"

Qin Feng said, ready to heal the master properly this time.

Qin Feng instantly channeled a surge of violent soul power, striking the master with a platinum hammer that glowed with red light. With each hit, the master's breath improved significantly. Qin Feng's speed increased several times over as he hammered frantically. The master's heart, which had almost stopped beating, gradually returned to normal.

"Tang San, help me remove master's clothes," Qin Feng instructed while still pounding the master's head.

Tang San stepped forward and, upon removing the master's clothes, was shocked. The master's skin was bulging, covered by a layer of black liquid, making it look like he had a massive blister filled with black fluid.

"Ziz!" An electric light pierced through the huge black blisters, instantly causing them to burst. Like a dam breaking, the foul-smelling black liquid drained from the master's body. The black liquid on the master's skin slowly seeped away. After a minute or two, the swollen skin shrank back to normal.

"Ah," Qin Feng sighed in relief, delivering a final heavy blow to the master's bloated head. The venom sprayed out like water from a sponge.

"The teacher is back to normal!" Tang San exclaimed, staring at Qin Feng in awe. This kind of treatment was utterly unprecedented.

"This treatment left me exhausted," Qin Feng admitted.

"Tang San, I'm going to take a break now."

Qin Feng, feeling utterly exhausted, told Tang San that he needed to lie down. Using the Nine-Hearted Begonia had drained all his soul power. He was too tired to continue, so he lay down and quickly fell into a deep sleep.

When he woke up, it was already the next morning.

"Brother Feng, are you awake?" Tang San called out, cooking some wild vegetables over a fire.

"Tang San, why do you even have a pot?" Qin Feng asked in surprise, noticing the pot Tang San was using.

"This is something I found in the soul guide. The teacher gave it to me before we entered the forest," Tang San replied, scratching the back of his head. With the teacher back to normal, Tang San was in a much better mood. Last night, he had checked the soul guide and found it contained cooking utensils.

"Oh, I see. But it smells pretty good," Qin Feng said, swallowing hungrily as he looked at the pot of wild vegetables. He hadn't eaten for several days and was now ravenous.

"We haven't had a decent meal for several days. If you don't usually like this, Brother Feng," Tang San said with a smile.

"Oh? I don't think I've ever eaten wild vegetables before. How do you know I'm not fond of them?" Qin Feng asked, his eyes showing a hint of curiosity.

"Brother Feng, you forgot. When you first came to my house, we had a dish of wild vegetables on the table. You ate one leaf and then refused to eat any more. You insisted on cooking dinner yourself that night," Tang San said, half-jokingly.

"Uh..." Qin Feng remembered now. That had indeed happened!

Just as they were talking, they suddenly heard a cough.
