Bodyguards

The week passes by quickly, Ian avoiding any work and staying at home with Avalyn. Emily moved out after three days. Ian and Avalyn find themselves enjoying the time and the quiet without the hassle of work and everything else that would threaten them.

They know it won't last long, soon they have to face the real world.

Avalyn glances around, today is the day they go to work, but she really needs to go out and get some clothes. She still barely has any.

"I'm going shopping this morning Master, so I will meet you at work."

"Sure thing pet, I need to leave, I was meant to be there ages ago, you this morning distracting me made me late."

"I didn't do anything, Master." She snickers slightly. Okay, she did a lot, but that isn't her fault.
