"Shameless!"
"Nacicisst!"
"Don't you know the height of heaven?"
"...Tsk, tsk, tsk." Edward shrugged his shoulders nonchalantly and settled back into his seat. With a smirk adorning his face, he extended his hand toward a cup of apple juice and casually took a sip.
Time passed.
At around 3:30 in the afternoon, Patricia also arrived.
Seeing her approaching figure from afar, Edward's smile brightened further.
Excusing himself from the others, he got up from his seat and went to greet her. "Hey~ I told you to call me when you're nearby so I can come over and meet you."
"It's okay, you didn't have to trouble yourself... Happy Birthday," Patricia said, her cheeks faintly tinged with a blush as she extended a small, wrapped gift to Edward.
The present was beautifully covered and neatly tied by a red ribbon, and just from how beautiful it was outside, it could be seen that she spent a lot of time and effort into it.
"You... I told you not to bother," Edward sighed, shaking his head. As early as a few days ago, he had already told everyone that he didn't want them to go through the trouble of getting him a birthday present.
Knowing their financial situation, he didn't want them to give him an expensive gift, and besides, he considered himself an adult mentally... Asking for a present felt cringy.
"I'm, s-sorry?"
"You're guilt-tripping me, are you?" Edward asked suspiciously, as he could sense playfulness in her tone.
"Ehh, I am not." Patricia's eyes widened in a somewhat exaggerated show of innocence, her lips curving into a shy smile.
"Sigh, whatever. Thanks, though. I appreciate it," Edward said with a soft sigh. Not wanting to dwell on it, he shook his head and expressed his gratitude.
"You're welcome, hehe~,"
Edward engaged in a pleasant conversation with her for a while, exchanging a few words to catch up. Afterward, the two of them strolled back to the group, where Edward introduced her to his friends.
"This is Patricia," Edward introduced as he gestured to her. "She's a classmate, friend, and my part-time personal assistant."
"Hello, everyone. It's nice meeting you." Patricia introduced herself shyly. However, if one were to look closely, excitement could be seen all over her face. "Edward told me a lot about you. Please take care of me."
"Wow, so you're the assistant that Edward said before."
"H-hope it's not bad?"
"No, not bad at all; he said that you used to be a Validictorian."
"Hehe~."
Patricia's arrival made the group more enthusiastic, especially the girls, as they bombarded her with various questions.
"You smell good... What perfume are you using?" asked one of the girls with a curious smile.
"It's from my mom, I don't know what it's called... How about I'll ask later and tell you?"
"Sure, let's exchange contact numbers."
"Good..."
"Did you dye your hair on your own?"
"Yes, it took me hours, though..."
"Cool, I also felt like dyeing my hair. What do you think would look good on me?"
"Ah, I think scarlet red would be good. Your skin tone is a bit caucasian. Do you perhaps have a western bloodline or something?"
"Eh, no, I'm pure Filipino."
"Really?..."
"What's your height? I felt like we were of the same height."
"I'm 5'2, you?"
"Really? Last time I checked, I'm only 4'11.. maybe I've grown taller? Hehe, I might be 5'2 now?"
"Eh, I don't think so, you're wearing shoes."
"It's sneakers."
"Sneakers also have hills."
"..."
The next morning.
Edward couldn't help but groan, feeling refreshed in his body. However, just as he got up from his bed, he couldn't help but feel dumbfounded when he noticed an extra set of limbs around him.
"1, 2..." he counted silently, and for a moment, he was at a loss for words as he couldn't believe it. So, he counted again and again, his heart pounding, until finally, he decided to turn his head to the sides to confirm his guess.
"..."
Sure enough, it was indeed what he expected.
"T-three-some?" Edward was dumbfounded for a moment, as he found it hard to process the situation... He couldn't believe what he was seeing, his thoughts raced as he tried to make sense of it.
"Is it real?" After calming down, he couldn't help but gasp.. After all, this was the first time that he did it three-way.
Before, he had never imagined that he would one day experience it... After all, he didn't consider himself very good-looking, he don't have the confidence to pull two girls at once, and, most importantly, he didn't believe that he had the stamina, so threesomes was something that had never crossed his mind until now.
"... But how?" Edward sighed.
As far as he could remember, the group had drunk quite a lot that time, and it was already late when the gathering dispersed, and it was then that he, Patricia, and Kaycee decided to get together in a cab back home.
However, halfway through the ride, Kaycee suddenly fell asleep, and no matter how hard they tried to wake her, she just wouldn't budge.
Feeling helpless and having no choice since they didn't know her adress, they finally decided to carry her into his place.
And then... Perhaps, they are influence by alcohol and or maybe because they hadn't engaged in such activities for days, they simply went with the flow and found themselves in hard-core wrestling on his bed.
Then, somehow, in the middle of their activities, Kaycee woke up and decided to joined them.. of course, he didn't just let her join. He first turned to look at Patricia, and only after seeing that she didn't complain did he decide to go with the flow.
"Hiss, what a mess-up," Edward sighed, feeling a mix of emotions in his chest... On one hand, he was proud of himself for managing to satisfy both girls, but at the same time, he felt guilty, thinking that he had taken advantage of their drunken state.
"Oh, well~ it's not like it was only I who took advatage.. I swear, they enjoyed each other's company too." Shaking his head, he thought as he remembered how the two women ate each other out, and for a moment, he even suspects that they enjoyed each other more than him.
"Whatever, first I need to deal with these girls," he sighed, gently putting away the limbs that were wrapped around him. He headed toward the bathroom to take a shower.
A while later, he dressed in comfortable clothes, a simple t-shirt, and sweatpants, and started preparing breakfast for the three... Since there was an extra person with them,
Minutes later, while he was immersed in his preparations, he heard similarly loud screams coming from his bedroom.
Edward took a minute to think about the situation, his hands still on the frying pan... What should he tell them about this unexpected turn of events? Should he say he didn't remember anything, or should he say they were the ones who started it?
"Damn." He groaned inwardly, feeling troublesome.
Half an hour later.
At a round table, a young man and two young women sat across from each other in silence.
"How about we just pretend that nothing happened?" Edward suggested, attempting to break the silence, but he was met with glares from the two women instead.
"Have you called your parents? Would they be worried about you not returning last night?" Patricia asked after a while, looking at Kaycee with a concerned expression etched on her face.
"Yeah, I've texted them already. However, I found a lot of missed calls and texts after I woke up." Kaycee sighed helplessly.
"Are you sure they won't be too angry? I can talk to them over the phone and explain that you stayed with me. They might feel better knowing you're safe."
Kaycee shook her head and was reassured. "Nah, no need to bother. It's fine; my parents are nice. They'd probably scold me a lot, but it's nothing serious.
"Is that so... That's good." Patricia sighed in relief.
"How about you? Don't you have class today?"
"I do, but it's already nine, so it doesn't matter. Missing one day of class won't hurt my grades."
"That's good," Kaycee nodded, also feeling relieved.
"You two... why are you only asking each other and not including me?"
""Shut up! ""
Time flies.
Wednesday.
Edward had just finished his class.
After heading back to his apartment, he changed into comfortable, stylish attire.
A while later, he exits his unit, but before leaving, he says his goodbyes to Patricia first.
Today was the day that the convenience store they had invested in was scheduled for renovation. It was an important moment of his life, and of course, he had to attend it.
