This chapter will be from my point of view. Also, before we begin. I will explain some technical terms that will be featured in this chapter.

Chairman - its main job is to lead and coordinate the Board of Directors' activities. Chairmen have significant authority within their company's board and are responsible for guiding its actions.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - is responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of the company.

A CEO can also be the Chairman of the board.

Stakeholder - anyone who is impacted by a company or organization's decisions, regardless of whether they have ownership in that company.

Shareholders - those who have partial ownership of a company because they have bought stock in it.

All shareholders are stakeholders, but not all stakeholders are shareholders.
