Decompression & Discussion

The fast jog down the mountain was completed in silence. They moved with great synchronicity, relying on glances and hand signals the whole way.

Before the sun could disappear on the horizon, Sabina's tent stood firm and the scent of grilled bison meat wafted through the campsite.

"Mmm… That's the best one yet!" Rizz gladly chomped into the glazed, pan-fried bison with what looked like thinly chopped cabbage and carrots

Sabina stared down at her cast iron pan. She had pulled it off the fire ring's makeshift grill. But she hesitated to fill her own plate. After hours of not addressing the issue from earlier, Sabina didn't feel too hungry. Before she could take her first proper bite, Rizz's plate was thrust forward for a second helping.

Sabina dropped her hesitation and filled the goblin's plate.

"... Spit it out."
