I rushed into the infirmary. Aaron had been missing all morning and I felt jealous that Wallace was just pulling some kind of dirty trick to get Aaron's attention.

Wallace was a smart guy, I could see it in his face. Aside from the fact that he wore fancy clothes, for a while I watched him arrive in a late model car, plus he had rented an apartment to live near Aaron.

Sometimes I wanted to hit him and that way make sure he never came near Aarón, it would be like a simple warning, but Aarón held him in such high esteem that I doubted he would forgive me.

I entered the infirmary with a couple of hamburgers and observed Wallace lying on a gurney. I looked at his half-naked body full of bruises and cuts. It was a slender body that had nothing to envy, if he continued to neglect himself a little more, I could surely notice his bones.
