Chapter 64: Taking the Role

The tea gathering ended without any further drama happening. The guests left feeling content and grateful for the peaceful and enjoyable time they had spent together.

Ophelia was especially relived about it because she was tired of all the drama that happened to her for one day. All she wanted to do was relax and unwind.

The day after the tea party, the lines of carriages going out of the palaces were endless as the guests eagerly departed, carrying with them memories of a delightful afternoon. The air was filled with chatter and laughter as they bid farewell to one another and expressed their gratitude to the king for a wonderful event.

Ophelia couldn't help but feel delighted about the existing walls of the palace, knowing she was going far away from the reach of the troublesome approaches of the royal family.
