Panic started escalating in the room as the servants roamed their eyes around the room to find something to throw at the reptilian creature.
[So noisy]
Ophelia looked at the serpent in the air, who has its tongue going out of its mouth as if it sees its prey.
The room grew even more chaotic as the panicked servants desperately searched for any object that could serve as a weapon against the menacing reptile. Ophelia's heart raced as she locked eyes with the serpent, its lips curling in anticipation, ready to strike at its unsuspecting prey.
Zephyros!!
The serpent glanced at her.
[What?]
Stop that! The servants are terrified!
[Stop what?]
Your tongue! Stop doing that!
The serpent's eyes seemed to frown as it looked at her.
[Slithering my tongue is a normal part of my behavior. It helps me sense the environment and communicate. I cannot control it, just like you cannot control your heartbeat.]
