Nimbus

It was a new moon night with an occasional breeze that ruffled the leaves of the trees in the forest. Still, I could not feel the blowing wind because the ship's barrier completely blocked any interference from the surroundings to the ship's interior.

I was standing along with my sister and Anais with mother at our front, clutching the steering wheel of the ship, which she called 'Nimbus'. It was the time to set sail.

Mother injected her stellar energy into the wheel that travelled through it in the direction of the engine room. Lines of stellar energy passing through could be visible on the helm and deck. The engine gave a silent roar as the ship started to lift upwards.

This time, she had chosen a quiet corner of the forest outside the capital city to act as a launchpad so as to prevent anything like the time 'Nimbus' appeared above the hotel from happening again.
