At the City Hospital, Dr. Nia, exhausted from her rounds, encounters Timmy.

"Good afternoon, Dr. Nia," Timmy greets her with a bright smile.

"Good afternoon, my foot! I feel like I'm already dying. If I have to perform one more surgery, you'll have to meet me at my grave," Dr. Nia grumbles as she walks down the corridor.

"Don't give up!" Timmy encourages her.

Just then, a nurse rushes up to Dr. Nia, "Dr. Nia, it's an emergency. A patient in room 31B has collapsed suddenly. His surgery is scheduled for today. Please come quickly."

Dr. Nia sighs, "On my way." Before hurrying off, she turns to Timmy, "You're invited."

Timmy chuckled and retorted, "It's karma, Dr. Nia for using me as your personal chauffeur!"

Dr. Nia playfully showed Timmy the middle finger, to which he responded in the same way.
