Martial Training and Blacksmithing

Xuan personally instructed the kids who were punching and kicking in unison. Letting out a shout after making a snappy attack. They were in the training grounds of the village itself and the kids were all doing their hardest to practice.

Ha! Ha! Ha!

Xuan was watching in contempt, he was impressed with their growth and so he made him teach more seriously this time. The kid's seriousness was then repaid with Xuan's stricter training.

They all were taught some of his martial arts combos and techniques as a prize for their hard work.

Xuan then made them rest and he handed out their snacks. Which they all ran into to grab their share.

He made them rest for a moment then assessed their martial path that they currently have.

With the use of his Martial path identifier technique, he then one by one assesses them by looked into their soul.

In his findings, there were 8 Summoners, 9 Shapeshifters, 7 Conjurers, 3 Healers, 8 Elementalist, 4 Telekinetics, 10 Murims, 5 Assassins and, 11 Knights, 2 Berserkers, 4 Dark lords, 5 Undyings, 8 Venomancers, and 6 Spatials. It was a good number in Xuan's thought, they could be the backbone of the clan in the future.

The kids then were taught how to use their martial paths and Xuan did the basics. The students then listened well to his teachings.

"Everyone listen, I will teach you all about the Martial Paths and their techniques that I know.

"Elementalist Technique was using the elements to your bidding and was like controlling it like an extension of your hands. The Elements has 7 forms. They were the Wood, Metal, Earth, Fire, Water, Lightning, and Wind. You will unlock the Elemental form later on if you train well. The elemental form will increase your elemental manipulation into tenfolds.

"Conjurer technique was conjuring weapons, illusions, and clones. They could throw weapons freely into enemies and have almost unlimited weapons. Also, the illusions could confuse enemies when you flicker attack the enemies. You can fool enemies to attack your illusion instead of you. Lastly, you can create clones that attack like you which you can combo with.

"Also, the Summoner technique used summons ranging from beasts, spirits, and nature. You can combo your attacks with your summons as well. Beasts range from wolves, and bears to dragons. Also, nature creatures were from plants to trees. As well as treants and dryads. Then spirits have resistance to physical damages but are weak to elemental damages.

"The Telekinetic technique was pushing or pulling enemies, flight, and force. You can suspend enemies or pull them then barraged them with blows. Also, imbue your strikes with greater inertia or force that could make shockwaves. You could also take flight and in fast cases, you could flicker to your enemies almost instantly.

"Also, the Shapeshifter technique was shapeshifting to beastmen, to spirits, and dragonoids. The Beastmen class ranged from Werewolf, Werebear, and Werelion. Spirits into ethereal forms. While Dragonoids into Half dragon and full dragon forms like Drake, Hydra, Quetzalcoatl, Dragon, Wyvern, Coackratice, Wyrm, and Druk.

"The Healer technique was on healing, regeneration, and enhancement. You can heal your wounded companion as well as regenerate yourself while wounded. Also, there is an enhancement technique that could make your stats rise as well as your stamina in battle. You could attack nonstop while not getting tired at all!

"The Murim technique was divided into 3, specifically the Swordsman which specializes in speed and swords, Juggernaut which specializes in defense and toughness, and Brawler which specializes in burst attacks.

"The Assassin technique was specialized on both Ranger and Rogue. They were both ranged classes. The Ranger specialized in both dual-wielding swords and bows while the Rogue was also dual-wielder but more specialized in dagger throwing. Both were masters of sneak attacks and killing intents.

"The Knight technique was spanning from Holy Knight, Guardians, and Dread Knights. Berserker techniques have rage form, Chaos, Revenge skills, and Lifestealer skills.

"The Dark lord has Death Knight, Necromancer skills and Scourge skills. Also the Undying techniques have Longevity, Tenacity, Rot and Corrosion skills. While Venomancer has Fume, Blood toxin, and Poison cultivation.

"While last. The Spatial technique was on teleportation, portal, and time. You could attack while you either use a teleport or portal. You could also divert an attack when you use a portal to your enemy. Also, you could stop time in a small radius for a short while then attack your enemies nonstop." Xuan then closed his eyes and coughed.

"Now! Let's all put it into practice!" Xuan shouted.

They soon practiced their Martial paths and Xuan supervised it himself. Afternoon came and he also demonstrated to the old ones.

He immediately went towards the back of their house and prepared the location of his blacksmith tent. With his preparations complete, in a few days, he made his blacksmith tent. Also buying the necessary tools and equipment for his workshop.

He went to the market and bought iron ingots and leather for practice and then went back to their home.

He gathered the materials needed and then started working while they were observing how to work. He first heated the furnace and then made clay molds for the designs of the items. First, he made for the dagger. Just for practice purposes.

He then heated the smelter and smelt the iron ingots then blasted the fire to melt the metal. The mold then was prepared and then he waited for the metal to become liquid.

Xuan then used the tongs to clip the clay smelter and then poured the contents into the clay mold. Making the blade and then hand guard. Also making the pommel and hilt of the dagger.

With the parts made, he immediately cooled them off at the moment. Still perspiring in the heat, he wiped his sweat and then rested for a bit.

His father then checked him and was surprised at his work. It was still confusing for his father how he knew blacksmithing in the first place. Xuan only replied that he was learning blacksmithing at a blacksmith shop in the town every vacant time.

Still, his father was amazed. He can't believe his child was a blacksmith. Currently digesting the reality.

His father then exited the workshop and then Xuan resumed his work. He heated the blade first inside the furnace and then hammered it on the anvil. Smashing with his hammer, the clunking sound soon started.

His strength was still trifling at the moment and he was still 7 years old. Muscles were still not at their best and were still growing. Although he was still young, it was enough to hammer the dagger. Although Xuan's endurance and stamina were still trifling. He rested after a few breaks of tempering the dagger blade.

In the past, making it to one-hundredth tempering was a feat that master blacksmiths had. They were able to compact the metal to its most compressed form. Making the metal sturdy to its very core. Dipping it into the water to let it cool. He can only make it to the tenth tempering at the moment but it was enough. Minding that he was still at a young age.

Xuan then went to the grindstone and sharpened the blade. Making its edge thin and then testing if it can cut the target dummy. With it, he assembled the dagger parts and made one dagger. The hilt, handguard, pommel, and blade.

Soon after, he made one and another one. Making ten daggers after a tiring work process.

Soon after, he delivered it to the market and his blacksmith life began.

He purchased another batch of materials and this time, it was more ingots and leathers. He would make more daggers and swords. Also, try the chainmail with interlocking chains.

He spent his time in the blacksmith shop and made progress in his skills. But, his primary problem was his endurance and stamina in his work. He was slow as he still had his muscles to grow.

And so, his diet was adjusted once more. He ate more protein this time around and drank milk. As well as vegetables and fruits. His body was starting to grow fast and he needed sufficient nutrition for that.

His glutton side now became a norm but luckily, he has a fast metabolism and it was just digested like it was nothing. His tiring blacksmithing job was enough to burn all those calories up and still had something to spare.

Morning came and then the next batch of products was delivered to the market. His father delivered his next materials using their carriage and then Xuan resumed his work in his tent.

Perspiring, he went to thank his father for delivering the products. He resumed hammering the blade of the sword he was making and then rested.

Time passed by and he cultivated once again in the afternoon. Making his breakthrough was quite a task. He was perspiring and focused on his all to make progress.

Not minding the time, he continued his cultivation and blacksmithing. He also didn't fail to exercise every morning after many years. Maintaining his form and was on the way to getting ripped.
