Ethan In Love

I woke up long before anyone was called. The person I wanted to see when I opened my eyes was Ethan but instead it was a nurse who was checking my IV. When they saw I was calm and helped me out of bed so I could bathe, did they only call my family.

I was not too keen to see anyone because I knew I was going to get a lecture from everyone. The last thing I needed was to be reminded of my failures. Yet surprisingly when they did come Malia was the first to pop in with balloons and a large dinosaur teddy.

"Demy!" she beamed as she ran to me and planted kisses all over my face, "You just had to upstage me and collapse too you little piece of shit." Even though I wanted to cry I could not help but laugh as she pushed the dinosaur plush in my hands, "They only had dinosaur ones, I don't know why."
