"Ela" Ken mumbled out, and watched as Ela twirl to face him with a playful smile on her face.

Yet, his focus remained on the seemingly ethereal thread that remained linked between his and her hearts.

'Fate....' Was his first thought at the thread connecting both of them.

Similarly, threads coloured in different mix of colours were spread out in all different directions, among them, the most common colour that dominated the colourful threads colours were whites, a few were green, grey, pink, blue, yellow, brown, and more.

Facing down, he noticed threads twice or even thrice as more as hers, linking him with others, but unlike Ela's, most of them were dominated by colour blue, very few were with red ones, a few pink ones, a few blacks, a few browns, greens, greys, and yellow ones; two or three more than the red ones.

What do they mean?

He didn't know.

Were they if any use?

He should find out sooner or later.
