[Chapter 41] Jiyoung's Rich B*tch Savior!

[South Korea, Somewhere Under the Rainbow]

[Early Morning 6:35 am]

...

"Are you alright Yuna-sama?!" Many yelled, concerned by their master's bloody figure. Not knowing whether it was hers or someone else's blood.

But once they made eye contact with her cloudy shimmering cerulean, bright blue eyes, they couldn't help but feel a different aura coming from their master as they asked, "Yulius-sama? Is that you?"

A pointless question if you ask her, when there's nobody in the world other than the Seo twins that possesses blue eyes like them, and monstrous talent beyond many.

"Master? What happened?" Jason finally asked.

That was where she explained what happened from the beginning to the end. Starting with her run in with foreign awakeners planning to kidnap a child in order to recruit her into Frame's organization against her own will.

To breaking the girl out before fighting a Top 100 who is the disciple of a Top 10. The master being none other than Andrei of course. Moreover, while fighting the blonde awakener, she had to keep her guard up against Cecilia, a Top 200.

Not that it really matters since she caught her off guard when she was at her weakest, stroke a knife right through her neck as she drags it down her chest very slowly, watching her blood spill with interest.

Before being stabbed in the back by Ben and so on. You get the point. She died for a couple of minutes before mastering the true essence of curse or just energy in general, which helped in resurrecting herself.

Eminence awakeners got the chills down their spines just hearing her monotonous tone explaining the events that transpired.

In addition, they knew her killing Ben will garner unnecessary attention to a peaceful country like South Korea. And knowing her personality, she will take full responsibility for her actions, taking the blame. Well in this case, EAO will be taking it, making them an enemy of Frame.

Not that they mind it in the least as their current strengths have developed way past the level of a Top 100, and soon a Top 50, given that they receive more time to develop their strength. So it did not surprise them in the least when she threw the head of the blonde awakener in their directions, with orders.

"What would you like us to do with the head, my lady?" They spoke with the utmost respect.

"Deliver it straight to Frame with a message from one of Eminence's chairwomen themself stating, if they do not hold their subordinates accountable for their unjustly actions, Eminence will be at their front doorstep the next time this occurs. Hopefully that is not the case. Sincerely, Yuna."

"As you wish master!" They announced before questioning, "shall we clean the mess?" Looking at the bloody mess and the ruined bodies of Cecilia and Ben.

"Don't bother. South Korea should have sent someone to investigate this place by now, so it's better to not tamper with the crime scene." She explained, "moreover, I already erased all signs that could possibly lead back to me. So you don't have to worry about anyone finding out my identity."

"Is that so."

"Hhm, speaking of which, we should head back now, they're coming." Implying Shinhwa's awakeners that are 10 minutes out from their current location.

"Right away!" Summoning a coin as they flipped it over, creating a teleportation circle around them, before transporting them to EAO headquarters through a beam of light, leaving nothing behind.

Jiyoung sped through the city quickly, finally seeing her father's organization in hindsight. As she made it inside, the person at the front desk immediately approach the princess of Shinhwa, asking if she was alright and for someone to notify their chairman of her return.

But the raven was having none of it. She needed to get her words across, to send back up for her savior. Unfortunately, her mind and body were not on the same page.

Her entire body was sore, and she was soaked in her own sweat from the bottom up. It was only after she had a moment to catch her breath, did the exhaustion finally catch up to her, causing her eyes to begrudgingly close.

Mr. Yoo arrived on scene, catching his worn-out daughter as he carried her to the infirmary, shouting for doctors, healers of any sort, to come and check the little Yoo out.

The healers checked over Jiyoung's small frame for any major damages, finding none, except for a slight concussion to her head which was most likely from Cecilia stepping on her. Other than that, there were only a few minor scratches and bruises that should heal within a few days or so.

Good news is, she should expect a full recovery in a week or 2. After diagnosing the girl and providing medication, the doctors took their leave, as Mr. and Mrs. Yoo along with a young 9-year-old little boy identified as Jisuk, watch her chest heaved up and down as she slept peacefully.

A half an hour passed, the entire Yoo family were slowly letting sleep sink in when Jiyoung suddenly sat up, breathing heavily as she looked around. Once the familiar room sit in, she relaxed her body as her family rushed towards her, asking how she was and if anywhere hurt.

She answered all of their questions swiftly before telling her father of her kidnap and her savior that is in imminent danger. Mr. Yoo understood and sent awakeners to the crime scene while patting his daughter as he reassured her that everything will be alright.

The awakeners sent to investigate the crime scene were left astonished by the sight. A headless body with half of their upper torso tore off while the other had their entire waist snapped off, like Satoru Gojo's spine, which was really disturbing.

They weren't able to find much since they assumed one of the awakeners used spatial isolation, isolating the battlefield, making them incapable of figuring out what fully happened here.

But whoever did this, is strong. Their attacks must've been highly concentrated in order to perform a result such as the one they're inspecting. All in all, there were remnants of both party's aura clashing, it's just that they weren't able to trace any of it back to Jiyoung's savior.

Which sucks because they really wanted to identify and repay the younger girl for saving Shinhwa's princess, the heir. Now they can't, and won't, for a very long time.

They survey the area, checking for anything out of the ordinary, only finding the remaining seals left behind when Yulius teleported the raven against her free will. Nevertheless, they tried to trace any sort of energy from it, finding nothing.

Eventually, they called it quits and cleaned up the area, removing the body and blood stain, before returning back to base where they informed the Yoo family of what they've found.

Much to Jiyoung's relief, none of the bodies they describe was her savior who was decked out in all black. "So she really wasn't lying, huh?"

"What wasn't she lying about, hun?" Mrs. Yoo asked her daughter who replied, "defeating them all. I thought she was joking, but here she is proving me wrong."

"Do you know anything else about this girl?" Her father questioned.

"No, other than the fact that she is younger than me." Her response shocked everyone in the room.

"That's preposterous! She must've lied to you or something!" Jisuk yelled, sounding more educated and well-behaved unlike in the manhwa. Probably because his parents are alive, and nobody is forcing him to fight his sister for the position as Shinhwa's chairman.

"No, she wouldn't!" She defended.

"How would you know, huh?!" He persisted.

"Because she promised to get me out of there alive and not die herself. And would you look at that, she stayed true to her words." She stated.

"W- well, awakeners lie all the time!" He counters.

Jiyoung: "Yes, but she didn't!"

Jisuk: "But she could."

Jiyoung: "And she didn't."

"How about everyone just calms down for a moment, please." Their mother spoke, "Jiyoung sweetie, we're not saying you're a liar or anything. It's just hard to believe someone younger than you defeated a Top 100 and a Top 200."

Jiyoung: "But she did. I mean, there's many talented awakeners out there that are probably as strong as her, right? So..."

"Nobody that young, with the kind of strength to defeat a disciple of a Top 10 though." Mr. Yoo sighs, meeting the disappointed expression portray by his daughter as she locked eyes with him. 'They don't believe me?'

"Is there really no way we can find her?" She whispered softly, so quiet that many wouldn't have heard her if not for the deafening silence that plague the room.

Her answer was found when everyone kept their mouth shut and shook their heads, causing hers to droop depressingly.

Sighing again, Mr. Yoo exited the room to further discuss the situation with others. Since a disciple of a Top 10 is dead, it is sure to garner attention towards South Korea as they'll most likely send someone here to investigate Ben's disappearance.

Which was why he stepped out to discuss these matters in private with the current South Korea #1 awakener, Seongik Han who is also in the World's Top 50's. As to not cause any unnecessary worries for his daughter.

She on the other hand, held the black leather jacket given by her savior, as she tried to find any sort of comfort in it, rubbing it close to her face as she inhales the bits of her vanilla scent, completely intoxicating her nose with pleasure.

Jisuk who saw this, widen his eyes. "Where did you get that jacket?!"

"She gave it to me." The raven absentmindedly responded, not knowing where this conversation was going.

"Do you know how expensive and rare that jacket is?!" He exclaimed.

"Should I?"

"Yes! Yes, you should! Instead of rubbing it all over your greasy a*s face." Cursing, earning an ear pull by his mother, "language!"

"Sorry, sorry, it's just- that jacket ma, you know?" He tried to explain, which upon closer examination, she understood why Jisuk was making a big fuss.

"Is that what I think it is?" She asked bewildered, only to be answered by her son, "yes! The Oversize Lambskin Leather Aviator Jacket that cost $8,721,462.40 KRW!" (Equivalent to $6,290.00 US dollars.)

"That much?!" Jiyoung was just as shocked as her mother and brother. After all, spending a couple thousands of dollars for a jacket is not something you see every day. Speaking of which, how does Jisuk know this.

"Why do you know this, Jisuk?"

"Well of course, as a good son, it's only right to master the way of fashion by my dear mum. Like mother like son. Am I right, ma?"

"Right!" Mrs. Yoo played back.

If you can't tell already, Jiyoung got her mother's looks, but her father's personality. Jisuk got his father's looks, but his mother's personality. So there will be a lot of 'like father like daughter' and 'like mother like son' references. Brought to you by the Yoo family.

"Point is, your savior is one rich little girl!"

"Yeah, she's probably the young lady of some wealthy household!" Jisuk bragged along his mother.

"Hm, if you say so." She thought, latching onto the soft fabric as she gently rubs her fingers along it, feeling the slightly rough texture of the jacket, as its somehow brought peace of mind to her tired mind.

I think Mrs. Yoo noticed her sleepy eyes and so both her and Jisuk excused themselves, giving Jiyoung room to lay her head down, clutching the jacket tightly as the vanilla scent soothed her to sleep.
