Pep Talk

The prison halls are unexpectedly livid. The inner side of the prison blooms with people, at least thirty survivors. It isn't much, barely enough to be called a "settlement", but in the current circumstances, it is much, almost too much.

The man guides him deep into the prison, people moving away because of Yraka and the soldier, no doubt. Between a "monster" and someone they paint as an enemy or hostile force, he is the least threatening of the trio.

Despite carrying a giant sword in plain sight. "Say, were all of you here from the start, or did other survivors come here after things worsened?" Trying to break the cold with a chitchat, he waits eagerly for the answer of the "guide".

"We were more at first, but then the roots and forests came, and then the winter… you can say it was a miracle to find this place. The survivors of here were easy to… convince or dispose of. It was done for our group's survival."
