Points are everything here. Whether you want to eat, sleep or train, you need those points. The currency that we use outside is worthless here. So, no matter how rich your family is, you would start similar to everyone in the academy.

When I say similar, I don't mean it literally.

According to my contract, I receive a thousand points per month but someone could get more than that or less than that. In the academy, if you have talent, then it would be as if you are from a rich family. You would have a better start than others.

Though fairness is preached, in reality, it is not followed and it is difficult to do so no matter what.
