I didn't lose the Blessing but it has certain restrictions. Why didn't it say so?

It would have been easier. Rather than worrying about the matter, I would have been a little bit less stressed. It matters not now anyway and I understood that though there were blessings, there are certain restrictions that come up with that.

Whenever I kill a monster, I would get an attribute as a loot but there is a restriction. If I kill a lower-level enemy, the chances of drop are reduced. The higher the difference lower the chance of dropping, and that was something I knew before.

Now though, I see that the chances would reach zero too.
