The matches started but the ones that came were students that were at the bottom and they didn't dare to attack the top ten as they didn't know anyone's strength except for the fact that we were assigned due to some stupid exam that didn't properly assess our prowess at all.

The issue was that we couldn't level up here before levelling up in Yaros. So even if we fight here, that would be not our actual prowess or it is a factor that can decide our future growth. So they just took our levels and assigned a rank to us.

Though it is a perfect way to check us, I don't know if there is another way to do so. Well, there is actually and that is to verify us in Yaros but the problem was that not everyone would choose New Bastion as their spawn point.

Some would like to remain truly anonymous and others have no choice as their choice of race would be not a human. So they can't spawn in New Bastion.
