[Marksmanship, X-Rank: This skill helps to accurately hit a target either stationary or moving. This depends on the rank of the skill.

X-Rank Marksmanship can accurately hit a stationary target at a range of 5,000m but if the person can't see the target it would be a waste. For the moving target, the range was reduced to 1,000m. In any case, there is no cool-down period.

With X-class profession combined with X-rank of the skill, the range increased to 10,000m and 3,000m respectively.]

Looking at that, on paper that is a very good skill but there are some problems that come with that.
