He smirked mischievously at her words, before leaning over to whisper into her ear, "No worries, I will renew them every night."

Shikera watched as her Grandma Cooper took her seat on a sofa, showing that she was not ready to leave the living room yet, and knew that she no choice but to comply with the older woman wishes.

"Alright. I will go, Grandma. But you don't have to wait here. Dr Langston says you have to rest," she reminded.

"And do I look like I'm working?" Grandma Cooper waved her off.

Sighing, Shikera trudged towards the bathroom while trying to remember how many minutes she usually spent bathing. She could stay in the bathroom with Ethan for five to ten minutes and then come back out.

Deciding on that, Shikera pushed open the door and entered the bathroom, locking the door after herself.

"She..." she trailed off at the sight before her, forgetting what she had meant to say.
