As one would expect, there was suddenly low murmuring in the assembly. After all, selling their shares of the port would mean that chief Gaga would become the sole owner of the port. In the history of the empire, this had never happened before.

"I can tell what you are all thinking. However, it is not what you think it is. Let me tell you my proposal, and then you can all tell me what you think about it!" Chief Gaga suddenly waved his hand, and a quill pen came to him—a shaman's trick.

Gently, he wrote it down on a piece of paper. "This is the approximate fee that would be required for the campaign that I intend to push forward. This includes the cost of weapons, blessing them with soul energy at the shrines, the welfare of the soldiers, and other necessary items like their armor."
