If he wanted money, it would be given to him.

If he wanted fun things, it would be handed over to him.

He could do almost everything without the need to care about what other people needed or had to do.

The difference in life made Jake felt unacceptable but he had to swallow any complain and grievances that came in his mouth. All he wanted was for his family to rise quickly as fast as possible.

As for women?

He enjoyed Betty's care, but he didn't want to spend so much time caring for her. Besides, in his eyes, she was an ordinary person.

And after seeing Betty got into trouble not long ago, Jake slowly started to feel that Betty was more of a trouble than what he bargained for. He didn't want to spend his entire time caring for her.

Anyway, they were bound to be living a different life.
