Chapter 228: Special Treatment

Zoe Silverstone took advantage of people's sympathy for the underdog, and stubbornly said, "What? Are you feeling guilty now, so you're afraid and using the major competition to suppress me?"

"Having a rematch or changing the competition system to start over isn't realistic," Cindy Clarke said, "Besides, there's no problem with the current competition system. The competition is designed from the diners' perspective, as a chef's cuisine is meant to be enjoyed by them, right? Their satisfaction is what matters."

"Moreover, today's audience wasn't specially pre-selected, but rather randomly picked from ticket purchasers," Cindy continued, "If this still seems unfair to you, it must be that any competition you don't win is considered unfair."

"You want me to prove my culinary skills to you, as if participating in the competition isn't enough? I have to demonstrate it to you again," Cindy added.

"That's too bullying," one of the audience members remarked.
