"The sweet, crisp skin of the mung beans dissolves as soon as it is in your mouth. The strong rose flavor of the rose hip jam inside lingers, making for a captivating ending," Hunter Clarke nodded.
Charles Dean was more straightforward: "I've always liked Chinese pastries, which are totally different from Western ones, each with its own charm. However, Chinese pastries are more exquisite in shape, delicate in texture, and the range of ingredients used is wider. I've always admired this."
After all ten contestants' cuisines were finished, the judges had tried them all.
Having concluded the final Chinese pastry scoring round, the scoring result was placed in the box and locked away.
Grace Green returned to the stage.
"All the competitions are over for today," Grace Green said, "Today's competition had many dishes, took a long time, and was exhausting for the contestants, the audience, and the judges."
