The spies
"How can I trust this servant not to be working with them again", Many thoughts keep flooding my mind.
I just keep running in his direction, I need to survive for my father and my Nation.

"Let's hide here for the night till daybreak Your Highness", he said
I remove my sword and place it on his neck in a second.
"So you want to keep me here till your masters come for my neck? I am stupid for not killing you", I said angrily.
"No Your Highness, I owe you my life and my family life, I know they will kill me and my family even if I obey them or not, they won't leave any evidence behind, I know how ruthless they are", the servant(Rang Min) explained quickly as I am boiling in anger.
"Once I notice you making a stealthy move, I will kill you instantly", I said as I put my sword back in its sheath.
"I promise you, Your Highness, you have nothing to worry about, I have to make something you can lay down on and rest", he said as he pointed inside.
I have no choice but to trust him. I went inside and waited for him to be done.
He made the bed with dry bushes he found inside and made a fire to keep us warm till morning.
"I would rather sleep on the bare floor than sleep on this", I said frankly
"I am sorry for making this for you, Your Highness but this is what we sleep on in wars, and it keeps us warm", he said bowing down.
"If this is what you soldiers sleep on, then I have no choice but to sleep on this too, I am no better than them", I said to him.
"I didn't save you only because of my life, I could have run away myself because my family life is already gone since it is in Kim's hand, but I saved you Your Highness because I know you will make a different King who will put his people first", he said.

After leaving the crown prince tenth, I headed down back to Hanyang to rescue the slave's family Though I did not agree to it I trusted my master's choice.
I rent a room in an inn not far from the palace (Kim's quarters) which is at the end of the palace to rest for the night and plan how I will execute my plan the next morning when guards are few because they will follow Kim Muyoung and his son out.
I watched through my window which was opposite their gate and saw as they exited the gate in their entourage (which was more than the King's entourage) with a lot of army following them.
No one dared to cross their path or attack them.
As I am peeping at them I hear a sound at my door. I jumped through the window and attacked the man in the mask from behind. Unknowingly to me, I have been followed by the crown prince tenth.
"Who sent you", I asked as I knocked him down helplessly. He is no match for me.
He kept mute, so I tied him to the chair in my room and checked all his body. I found a copy of my plan on his left arm. He as already searched through my room and I didn't notice.
"You are a professional at your job I must say but you can't stand my torture, so don't find out what I can do to you and spill everything out", I said as I hit him again.
Suddenly I heard another bang at my door with an unfamiliar voice, I passed through the window and attacked the person from behind again and pushed him inside.
"So you are two or more are still coming", I asked my new hostage.
"Son, what are you doing here", the first hostage asked.
"I saw you living this morning and I followed you", the son replied.
"You should have stayed at home with your mother", he shouts at him.
"Enough of father and son talk, I need you to talk now or your son will die", I said as I rolled my knives around his son's neck.
"OK ok I will talk even if you will kill me but please promise to save my boy", he begged.
"Talk", I ordered.
"I was sent to fetch them your plan so they will know how to stop you, they have a thousand army waiting for you as you step inside the prison", he confessed.
"So have you gotten my plans to them yet", I asked
"No, not yet", he replied immediately.
"Don't worry son I will save you ", he promised his son.
"that is if you give me what I want ", I said as I tied his boy's hand.
"what more do you want I have confessed everything ", he shouts.
" I will take your boy to another place now and You will take a new plan I will make now to your boss unless I send your boy head to you before nightfall", I assure him.
"I will do anything, please leave my boy alone", he keeps begging me.
"When you wake up take the new plan you will find on this table and report to your master", I said as I hit him hard on his neck and he passed out immediately.
I hurriedly took the boy out quietly and waited for the spy to wake up and watch his steps carefully to see if he wanted to save his boy.
After some hours I saw him coming out with my slip on his hand and he headed for the Kim's family quarters immediately.
"his boy must mean a lot to him", I murmured.
After some hours again, he came out and returned to my room. I waited for some minutes before I joined him to see if he was being followed.
"Hope you did not make any mistakes ", I asked as I entered the room.
"no, they believed me, please now save my boy", he begged helplessly.
"After I return I will send him to you Just stay in this room", I said and exited immediately.
I make them believe I will attack at night but I attack them from the back at noon, there are few soldiers as I predicted and I take them out without stress and save all the prisoners including the slave families.
As he described them, I identified them instantly.
I head to my house to keep them for the time being so I can return to my crown prince but when I saw flames from my house I felt the heaven crashing on me.
All the main house is burned to the ground, my father's body is lying at the gate and my mother's in the House.
"my pregnant wife", I cried out.
I ran into the bush to our safe house, and the slave family followed me too. We find blood traces on our way. I could not breathe again, but my life was brought back as I heard a baby cry from inside the safe house.
I kicked the door open and saw my wife lying down in her blood lifeless holding our son in her arms tightly.
"My life is gone", I muttered as I crashed inside the room and held her in my arms. I cried my life out. Wailing on her body like a baby, she was all I ever loved in this world.
The slave mother took my son outside and returned him to me clean and in new clothes.
" I am sorry about your family and I know you sacrificed your family life to save ours, Here is your son, master name him", she asked.
"We promise to serve you all our life and I will raise your son for your life his mother would ", she continued
As I hold him in my arms I felt another reason to live on. He holds my thumb firmly.
"I name you Geabeak of the Kang family", I did finally.
As I stepped out of the room where my wife's body lay, I felt a sharp cut on my right arm. The enemies have already surrounded us.
"Take the baby and run through the back door, I will hold them off", I said to the slave mother and she obeyed immediately.
"None of you will live here alive, I will kill the last of you down to my house", I shouted as my eyes filled with blood. No one can stop me now not even Kim Muyoung Army.
