The Grand Finale - 19

The arena crackled with anticipation as Ted and Lee, the two finalists, locked eyes. Ted, with his imposing physique sculpted through years of rigorous training in Taekwondo, Muay Thai Kickboxing, and Kalaripayattu martial arts, exuded confidence. On the opposite side of the mat stood Lee, an enigmatic adversary with an extraordinary gift - the power to mimic any fighting technique he observed. The atmosphere was charged with excitement, the crowd yearning for an unforgettable battle.

As the referee signaled the start, Ted and Lee began circling each other, their movements deliberate and cautious. Ted's muscles glistened with sweat, and his eyes burned with determination. Lee, a master observer, focused intently on Ted's initial stance, ready to mimic any move that came his way. The audience held its collective breath, eager for the first strike to shatter the tension.

With a sudden burst of speed, Ted launched a Taekwondo roundhouse kick, his leg a blur as it aimed squarely for Lee's head. Lee, with his extraordinary reflexes, parried the attack effortlessly. In response, he unleashed a rapid succession of Muay Thai knee strikes, each strike delivered with the precision of a surgeon's scalpel. Ted's movements were nothing short of mesmerizing. He weaved and bobbed, gracefully evading each knee strike with the fluidity of a dancer.

In the blink of an eye, Ted executed a swift Kalaripayattu leg sweep, a calculated move meant to trip Lee and bring him crashing to the mat. Lee's agility was breathtaking, as he performed an astonishing backflip to evade Ted's sweeping leg, landing gracefully on his feet. The crowd erupted in applause, thunderstruck by the incredible display of skill from both fighters. Lee, however, was already adapting, subtly incorporating Ted's moves into his repertoire.

Sensing Lee's rapid adjustment, Ted decided to change tactics. He shifted into a more defensive stance, a sly maneuver meant to bait Lee into trying to replicate his new position. Lee, ever the mimicker, took the bait, attempting to copy Ted's stance. But unbeknownst to Lee, Ted had a hidden reservoir of techniques, developed over years of clandestine training sessions.

Suddenly, Ted unleashed a furious barrage of rapid punches, each strike landing with surgical precision. Lee struggled to mimic this intricate sequence, his movements falling short of Ted's fluidity. Without warning, Ted transitioned into a breathtaking aerial spinning kick, a move he had reserved for just such a critical moment. Lee tried to replicate it but found himself stumbling, unable to match Ted's grace and speed.

Ted's spinning kick connected with Lee's chest, sending him sprawling to the mat. The referee began the count.

"One... Two... Three..."

Lee, his chest heaving and his body bruised, pushed himself to his feet, determined to continue the fight. Ted knew this was his moment. With newfound resolve, he charged at Lee, unleashing a relentless combination of kicks and punches, drawing upon all three martial arts he had mastered.

Their bodies moved in a mesmerizing dance of combat, each strike executed with precision and power. The mat beneath them resonated with the sound of their blows. The audience, caught in the throes of the battle, could hardly contain their excitement, their cheers and gasps echoing through the arena.

As the final seconds of the match approached, Ted summoned every ounce of his strength for one last, spectacular move. With a thunderous Muay Thai knee strike, he sent Lee hurtling backward. The referee commenced counting once more.

"One... Two... Three... Four... Five..."

Lee, his body battered and bruised, managed to claw his way to his feet, the crowd roaring in support. But just as he was about to regain his footing, his legs gave way, and he collapsed back to the mat, defeated and utterly exhausted.

Ted emerged victorious, the crowd erupting into thunderous applause. His victory had come by the narrowest of margins, a testament to his unwavering dedication to physical fitness and martial arts training. Both fighters left the arena with newfound respect for each other.

Meanwhile in NEXT's Headquarters

" care to explain what happened " a person seemingly in his 50's asked

" Code Z "

" That I already know , I mean how is it possible what were the conditions "

The person who seemed like the authoritative figure asked without showing any concerning expressions

The employee immediately showed the details on the projector

( Racial Cap - Indian origin )

( age less than 18 )

( Virgin )

( IQ of more than 180 )

( Physical Index of S Grade )

( knowledge of Sanskrit )

( A person with willpower and discipline )

( A devotee )

( Constitution as the Special stat )

( Constitution as the highest stat )

" so you are saying that a Legacy with so many conditions that nobody in two planets could match them has been found by a rookie player " The atmosphere was heavy , despite the calm of the authority figure who was actually the Director of the company

The worker just nodded , it was like the words were stuck in his throat

' how the hell I'm supposed to correct this now , I mean the conditions are like a mix of nerd and musclebrain and as if that's not enough he also needs to be a virgin , who stays a virgin until 17 in this century ' That was the thing the employee wanted to say but couldn't

" well everyone , I know this is a big problem and it's not your fault , I mean someone matching those conditions is absurd in itself , even our Indian origin developers added these conditions as a joke to make it impossible and it's also my fault coz I openly told them that the Z legacies are broken so they can add any absurd conditions so it's alright " The director said and although the employees wanted to say something, they also didn't wanted to take any responsibility

The director continued with a pause afterwards " the problem is that it is not just any God's Legacy , it is one of the most powerful God's Legacy , bodybuilders, wrestlers , soldiers any many other people pray to him "

In Escape there were many hidden Legacies of powerful figures like warriors , kings and Gods etc

legacies were also divided further in the categories like minor God , major God , Zodiac God

The Legacy of Hanuman was a Zodiac God Legacy one of the peak God Legacy in the game , easily in the Top 5

The Z rating was only available for Peak category of peak legacies

" but sir , why didn't we make the God Legacies balanced "

The Director smiled and answered " because the gods that we choose are a symbol of hope for many people and it can hurt people's sentiments, and the legacy that this player has got is enough to give even the Zeus legacy holder a run for its money and mind you Zeus is not in the Top 5 , Nyx is "
